Andrew yaggie
Broker/ OwnerAndrew launched his real estate career through investing in 2017. In 2020, driven by a passion for marketing and helping clients achieve their property goals, he transitioned to real estate full-time and soon began assembling a dedicated team. After obtaining is Broker's license in 2024, Andrew took the next big step by establishing his own firm, Andrew Yaggie Real Estate, in January 2025. Outside of work, Andrew is happily married to Katie, and together they cherish their three daughters: Ella, Violet, and Ivy.
lynette gaustad
Associate Broker / Director of OperationsLynette Gaustad joined our team in April 2023 as an Executive Assistant and licensed Realtor in Minnesota and North Dakota. With a real estate career beginning in 2013, Lynette brings a wealth of experience to our office. Now an associate Broker, she also oversees our marketing, compliance and office operations. Lynette and her husband, Mike, grew up in the lakes area and are happy to still call the area home. In her free time, Lynette enjoys traveling, golfing, fishing and spending time at the lake with her friends and family.

RealtorLogan joined our team in July 2025 as a Realtor. As a dedicated father of two boys, Landry and Leif, Logan brings strong values, a great work ethic, and a passion for helping others. When he’s not working, you’ll find him on the golf course or out riding his motorcycle. As a proud Dalton, MN native, his local roots and drive to succeed, Logan will be a valuable asset to both our office and the clients he serves.

RealtorAngela joined our team in August 2025 as a Realtor. She is an asset to our office bringing a passion for helping clients find their perfect property and providing outstanding real estate service and support. As a proud mother of 3 children, William, Molly and Elayna, Angela brings a foundation of ethics, values and hard work. When she's not at work you will find her with her loved ones, at the lake, or enjoying the great outdoors! With a love for our community and the people in it, and a drive to succeed by helping others, Angela will be an asset to both our office and the clients she serves.

Known for his discipline and drive, Logan is committed to delivering exceptional service, clear communication, and a reliable experience for every client he works with. Outside the office, he enjoys staying active, learning new skills, and spending time with the people who matter most. With his appreciation for the community and dedication to personal and professional growth, Logan is a valued addition to our office and a trusted resource for clients.
Jeremiah Jimena
Video Editor / MarketingJeremiah is key in helping us implement our "marketing first" approach in helping clients sell their home. With years of experience in social media and video editing, Jeremiah works behind the scenes to help promote client properties and is an expert in creating stunning, engaging video content.
Armand Conrad p. Braña iii
Executive Assistant / MarketingArmand joined our team in 2024 as an Executive Assistant and Marketing assistant. Armand has a background in information technology, aviation, social media management, and creative content development. He specializes in building digital audiences and crafting engaging brand stories. Armand also helps Andrew stay organized between his many endeavors.

Katie is instrumental in working behind the scenes to help support Andrew and the real estate team serve their clients with excellence. With a background in child development and social work, Katie worked as a case manager for Lakeland Mental Health and served as a school counselor at Cleveland Elementary.
